"Abi was wonderful: so professional, took the time to come and greet me and ask a bit about myself so she could tailor the massage. I have had massages before at spa days but the difference is night and day. Abi spoke so knowledgeably about some of the reasons for my chronic jaw pain, related to neck and shoulder tension and gave me advice afterwards.
Feel relaxed the day after and have another appointment booked. I live 3 hours away but already considering doing a monthly trip to get consistent treatment here. Recommend highly."
