Bookings and cancellations

On booking, we ask for a 25% deposit to secure your holiday. The balance is due 70 days before your arrival (or on booking, if this is less than 70 days from arrival).  

 

If you need to cancel, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will try and accommodate changes in date if appropriate. Cancellation charges are as follows:

 

Cancellation charge for number of days before the start date of your trip that we receive your notice to cancel (or on which you are deemed to have cancelled):

Standard deposit (25%) - More than 70 days before start date

50% -More than 30 days before start date

75%- More than 7 days before start date

90%- Less than 7 days before start date

Arrival and check out

Arrival is any time after 4pm. If possible, please let us know an estimated arrival time. If your arrival will be later than 10pm on arrival day, please let us know so we can make arrangements for your access. 

Check out is strictly by 10am. Please ensure this deadline is met in order to allow deep cleaning of apartments and contents.

• Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. However, we will always do our best to accommodate moving your booking to a new date and time whenever possible.

• Right to Refuse Service: Therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment or terminate a treatment. In the event of any inappropriate comments or behaviour, the treatment will be immediately terminated and the client will be required to leave the premises.
