Covid 19

Your safety, and that of our other guests, is our priority. We understand that, in these unprecedented times, you may need to cancel due to changing legal restrictions, having to self-isolate or becoming ill due to covid. In these circumstances, we will refund your booking money, less 5% to cover payment processing etc. Please make us aware as soon as you can. We will also try and accommodate a change in dates where this is possible.

During the pandemic, we have taken the decision to remove unnecessary objects from the apartments to allow a safer environment. To help keep our guests and ourselves safe, we expect you to thoroughly clean the apartment before leaving. We then deep clean the apartment again, including disinfecting all kitchen ware, before the next guests.  Cleaning equipment will be provided.

Bookings and cancellations

On booking, we ask for a 25% deposit to secure your holiday. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival (or on booking, if this is less than 30 days from arrival).  

If you need to cancel, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will try and accommodate changes in date if appropriate. Cancellations will forfeit the 25% deposit, unless in the last 7 days before booking, in which case 75% of the total booking rent will not be refunded.

Security deposit

To ensure we can provide a high standard of accommodation and facilities to our guests, a security deposit of £150 is held for each booking. This amount is held from two days before arrival until two days after departure, on the card used for booking. The money is not actually taken from your account but is held as pending via Supercontrol - please ensure there are sufficient funds in the account to allow this. If the apartment is left as it was on arrival, without damage to the fixtures and furnishings, and in a reasonable state of cleanliness, the full security deposit is released back into your account. We will only take any of the security deposit in the event of damage, breakage or loss, if needed to cover replacement costs. Should this occur, we will inform you and take the necessary amount from the £150 security deposit within two days of your departure. We will always try and avoid taking any of the security deposit - we understand that accidents happen. Please inform us as soon as possible of any damage, so we can try to minimise the impact and hopefully the need to draw on the security deposit. 

Arrival and check out

Arrival is any time after 4pm. If possible, please let us know an estimated arrival time. If your arrival will be later than 10pm on arrival day, please let us know so we can make arrangements for your access. 

Check out is strictly by 10am. Please ensure this deadline is met in order to allow deep cleaning of apartments and contents.


Dogs are welcome in both Corrie and Linnhe by prior agreement. Water and food bowls, and pet towels can be provided on request. There are many areas for exercise directly from the apartments - information is available in your apartment. 

For Linnhe, we recommend up to two well-behaved small or medium dogs, and for Corrie one well-behaved small dog. Please contact us to discuss your particular requirements

To bring a dog, it will cost an extra £30 per dog (across both apartments) which can be added to the booking. You must not allow your dog onto the furniture or leave it unattended in the apartment. Please keep your dog on a lead in the grounds as there are sheep and poultry on the site. Please pick up after your dog in the bins provided.
