The surrounding mountains are rich with healing wild flora including bog myrtle, juniper and bilberry. These plants are super-resilient and brimming with antioxidants which offer amazing skincare benefits.

Our forests are home to a myriad of natural riches, from the canopy of trees such as pine, silver birch and rowan, down to the woodland floor where plants like the diminutive Scottish speedwell live - tiny but mighty in it’s skin regeneration properties.

 

On the coast, there is an abundance of health powerhouses, from seaweeds which are deeply nourishing, to muscle-restoring sea minerals and collagen-generating gorse and sea buckthorn.

During your visit, why not take a wander through the gardens at Kinlochlaich House, where we grow a diverse range of active botanicals. The apothecary beds include witch hazel, rose, and chamomile, while the meadows are a tapestry of wildflowers such as eye bright and primrose.
